Coaching is sometimes like the tide rolling forward and back, strong, steady, full or even low sometimes!

My role is to be a trusted resource, thought partner, and confidant who helps leaders shift perspective, achieve potential and goals, increase level of executive presence and build engaging relationships at work. The center of attention is effectiveness—balance of both the business and human levels of leadership.
