Betsy stumbled into her first professional development project while working at Harvard University’s School of Medicine. This delegated project turned into the desire to work with leaders, managers, and staff to elevate their presence and effectiveness. With mentoring, support, and courage her desire turned into a passion and an entrepreneurial experience.
On July 1, 1993, Special Projects Consulting, LLC was launched and a number of years later Signature Presence at Work arrived! Betsy has the experience of someone who has a solid professional background and brand. This has taken her live and virtual work to the west and east coasts and some locations in the middle of the United States.
A foundational personal/business mission to share my energy, knowledge, and resources along with the values of Effectiveness, Inclusiveness and Development is what Betsy’s reputation and credibility are built on. She stands for respect and regard for all people and endeavors across a variety of organizations and corporations.
Ongoing learning, conversations and connections keep her eyes and mind open. She cultivates looking at familiar things differently, and encourages all who she works with to do the same. Betsy’s coaching and professional development approaches for success also include empathy and compassion.
For more than 20 years, Betsy has dedicated herself to being an influential trainer and leadership coach.
